In this episode, Helen Brookes, UK Agri-Tech Centre, and Ben Williams, Leprino Foods discuss one such pilot programme that has helped 10 farms see a £1 million reduction in their collective cost of production in just 12 months.
Importantly we hear from one of the farmers on why they embarked on such a programme.

You’d think we’d have covered all things feed when discussing soy, but there's a lot more to feeding cattle than meets the eye.

Is it all as simple as we make out? Perhaps not.  We discuss the ups and downs of seeking feeding perfection from farmers and those at the coal face of getting the best yield with the inputs available to the latest in potential silver bullets to end our climate change challenges.
 
 We also discuss the positives and negatives of fiddling with the feed we put in front of cows.
