Excellent resource for anyone trying to optimize health on the carnivore diet!

I've really enjoyed learning about the carnivore diet, training for bodybuilding and life, and so much more with this podcast! The hosts have diverse experiences, and their casual, back-and-forth style brings out different viewpoints effortlessly. Whether you're in the carnivore and bodybuilding spaces, or just curious, I highly recommend giving this one a listen!
