Trust the Breadcrumbs: The Season You Choose Differently

Trust the Breadcrumbs: The Season You Choose Differently Season 2 begins with a line in the sand. In this episode, I share the decision that is reshaping my life - and invite you to make your own. For years, I made powerful moves.  Strategic moves. Logical moves. Moves that looked good on paper.  But this season? I’m choosing differently. I am no longer making decisions from my head over my heart. This episode is about trusting the breadcrumbs - the whispers, the nudges, the synchronicities, the subtle body responses that are constantly guiding you. Most of us override them. We rationalize them away. We talk ourselves out of them. But what if those breadcrumbs are the map? Inside this episode, we explore: Why heart over head changes everythingWhat it really means to draw a “line in the sand”How conditioning keeps you looping in familiar (but misaligned) pathsWhy you don’t need to know your whole life plan to move forwardThe five pillars of creating a wildly beautiful lifeHow Human Design, Gene Keys, and astrology give you permission to be who you areWhy emotional regulation is non-negotiable for aligned livingHow to follow intuition without abandoning strategy This season is about Soul Meeting Strategy. It’s about living lit up instead of living on autopilot. It’s about remembering that you have choice - every single day to create YOUR wildly beautiful life. It’s about remembering that you don't need anyone else's permission... And that no one is going to do it for you. 2. SEASON 2 TRAILER

Your Heart Knows the Way: Your Wildly Beautiful Life Begins Here

Welcome to The Wildly Beautiful Life Podcast. In this relaunch trailer, Ann Marie Grace shares why she closed the chapter on Breaking Free, Coming Back to Me and what this next evolution is really about: creating a life that is aligned, intentional, heart-led, and deeply fulfilling — not perfect, but true. After a mid-year sabbatical, Ann Marie realised she had still been living from old conditioning around productivity, achievement, and proving her worth. Slowing down, travelling alone, painting, and reconnecting to her intuition helped her strip back the noise and return to what matters: living from the heart. This episode is your invitation to do the same. In this episode, Ann Marie explores: Why she paused the original podcast and what the new season will focus on How we’re all manifesting our lives — consciously or unconsciously Misalignment signals (anxiety, frustration, burnout, resentment, “meh”) Why awareness + intention + clarity + courageous action are the real keys to change How to stop accepting “this is just how I am” and open to possibility Why strategy must follow what's baked in the heart — not the other way around Ann Marie shares a heart wisdom transmission received during her sabbatical. You’ll be guided through a grounding breath practice, nervous system regulation, visualisation of your energy centers, and a connection to the light in your heart — the spark of your intuition and inner knowing. This transmission is an anchor for anyone wanting to reconnect with their inner wisdom, soften their nervous system, and make decisions from a place of truth rather than fear or conditioning. You’ll walk away from this episode with: A deeper understanding of how to listen to your intuition A practical breathing pattern to regulate your nervous system A reminder that your joy, clarity, and alignment are not luxuries - they’re your compass Permission to create a life that lights you up, even if it means choosing the unconventional path The knowing that you always have a choice: the hard way (ego) or the easy way (connection, trust, surrender) You're also invited to a free live masterclass, “The Three Keys to Manifesting Your Wildly Beautiful Life” happening on: December 3rd - 9am Melbourne / Dec 2nd - 5pm US East Coast / 10pm London Join via the homepage: annmariegrace.com And if you haven’t yet downloaded your free Blueprint (Align & Shine Blueprint Overview), you can get it at:annmariegrace.com/unique The podcast officially returns in February 2026, with solo episodes, conversations, and deeper teachings on intuition, alignment, Human Design, Gene Keys, and the work of creating a wildly beautiful life from the inside out. The Courage to Fall Apart: Finding Freedom and Wholeness with Michelle Fury

What if falling apart isn’t failure, but the very gateway to freedom and wholeness? In this episode, I sit down with yoga therapist, writer, and educator Michelle Furey, whose personal and professional journey will challenge the way you think about healing, trauma, and authenticity. Michelle has spent over 15 years specializing in trauma and complex trauma, working at the intersection of yoga therapy and mental health. After years in pediatric psychiatry at a major hospital, she made a bold leap - leaving the security of institutional life to step into her private practice, her creative gifts, and her own deeper healing journey. Michelle shares how trauma - both "big T" and "small t" — shapes our nervous systems and our lives, often in ways we don’t fully realize. We unpack what makes complex trauma different and why most of us are carrying invisible relational wounds that deserve attention and care. Michelle reveals how her own intentional 10-day "falling apart" - meditating, hiking, crying, soaking, connecting - became a profound act of self-compassion, allowing her to soften, release old shame, and come home to herself at a cellular level. Along the way, we discuss the critical role of creativity in trauma healing - from playfulness with bubble wands to art, writing, and self-expression - as a way of reawakening joy and integration. This conversation isn’t just for yoga teachers or therapists. It’s for anyone who is tired of holding it all together. It’s for anyone ready to lean into their own healing path, embrace their quirks, their humanity, and their joy - and begin to show up authentically, even when it feels messy or scary. Michelle reminds us that healing is rarely linear. It’s cyclical, layered, and alive. Sometimes the most courageous thing we can do is to stop resisting, allow ourselves to fall apart gently, and trust that this process itself is what makes us whole. You can learn more about Michelle’s work, pre-order her forthcoming book Yoga Therapy for Complex Trauma, and learn more at Rhythms Yoga Training. If you’re ready to stop striving for perfection and start reclaiming your wholeness, this episode is for you. The Art of Deep Rest – Breaking Free Through Stillness

This wasn’t the episode I thought I’d be sharing this week…But in perfect divine timing, it was exactly the one I needed and maybe the one you need, too. Imagine a life where rest isn’t considered a luxury — it’s a necessity for healing, clarity, and coming home to yourself. In this heartfelt episode, I sit down with Mandy Penalver — trauma-informed somatic practitioner, meditation guide, and one of the rare 1% of the population who is a Reflector in Human Design. Mandy's work, steeped in compassion and deep rest, is an invitation to slow down and realign with your true essence. Her journey is a powerful reminder that the path to self-discovery often begins with burnout, misalignment, and a quiet but relentless inner voice calling us to change. From discovering yoga over three decades ago to leaving a glamorous career in television to pursue meditation, rest, and healing, Mandy has lived the process of breaking free, time and time again. This conversation explores:  How deep rest rewires the nervous system and restores inner peace Why many of us live in chronic stress — and how to recognize the signs Mandy’s personal journey of listening to intuition, leaving behind what no longer served, and cultivating compassion for self and othersThe power of somatic healing — and why your body holds the keys to transformation What it means to be a Reflector in Human Design and how that shapes Mandy's life and work The courage required to honour your soul’s calling, even when the world questions your choices Mandy’s story isn’t just about rest — it’s about reclaiming your worth, trusting your intuitive knowing, and breaking free from societal expectations to live a life aligned with your unique soul purpose. Candid, relatable, and deeply inspiring, this episode will remind you that slowing down isn’t weakness — it’s where true strength, healing, and clarity are born.
