Rather embarrassing and cringe-inducing to listen to, unfortunately. As a relatively new tribute (reaped into the fandom January 2015), I imagined it might be interesting to go back and listen to the THG podcasts, most of which had been recorded primarily during the 2011-2013 period. Jabberjays.net's Jabbercast was the only one that continued through and reacted to Mockingjay: Part 2, so I was able to keep up and interact with that site on the regular.
There were five others, and all were deep disappointments. This one, the second-longest...oh my word. They seemed to go out of their way to mispronounce every other word & name, misunderstand things, and mess up basic facts. The initial female host was often fishing for words and/or using less-than-accurate, made-up, or flat-out incorrect ones. There was a notable lack of knowledge--not even just about the series, but simply in general, which frequently made the show frustrating to hear. Occasionally an interesting comment or point was made, but that's about the best I can say for this, Rebellion Radio, Hunger Games Chat, and the others.
Essentially, all the HG casts are the same sort of mixed bag...for every reasonably good point or intelligent insight shared, there are at least two things I'd rebut and/or shoot down like a hovercraft hit by an explosive arrow. The "Katniss Chronicles" radio program and the discussions thereon prompted a 500-word rant from me on Google; I won't even go into that.
And pretty much every cast fails my crucial test, which is "getting" my favorite character (Effie--one of the most intriguing, complex, compelling, captivating, lovely, beautiful, and wonderful people in the trilogy.) This one actually did sort of get it more than once, beginning in their debut episode, but it's just...not quite enough, given later statements that were 100% Nope. However, in gratitude for the quality thoughts & observations, I award a second star. The rest I was forced to rate ones, in response to many, many things I heard on many topics.
Every tribute would be very well-advised to check out the "Reading With a Vengeance" commentaries on this trilogy. (Tip: Use Chrome's "Speak-It" when you don't want to read, because these analyses are loooong. They really dig into every chapter.) They're harsh, but they're also smart and incisive, displaying critical reading & thinking skills well beyond most actual fans I've seen. I rarely agree with anything in its entirety, and this is no exception--but still, those writeups will always remain favorites.
The Fireside Chat had an infinitely more articulate host, at least (but it's still loaded with numerous opinions & statements I couldn't find more wrong. Haven't heard all of that one, though.)
