Thank you Dr Fuster for having such an influence in my career . I have followed you since fellowship. You are truly amazing. The times and have reached out to you by email uric acid me immediately. I appreciate all the contributions that you have made cardiology and to me personally to make me a better cardiologist. I always look forward to "the message to take home". Dios lo bendiga maestro.
Disappointing

TAVR Unload was underpowered but all objective endpoints were negative. Yet the interviewer focused on a cherry-picked secondary outcome of a subjective outcome of a non- blinded trial. This is very disappointing, but not surprising.
Please keep Dr Fuster’s style and format

I have immensely enjoyed his summaries over the years during my commute. It has been a great format which outlines the bullet points to each articles and helps you stay up to date and allows me to make my own critical analysis. I would hate to lose him and his style. There’s no other podcast like this and others I listen to such as Dr Eagle’s, circulation on the run, or this week in cardiology have differing format but none are like Dr Fuster’s. Please please please I implore you not to mess with something that’s not broken.
