    Know more about the competitor while doing a start up and his experience  We our self were the competitor every time .... We were struggling to compete every single hour. I tell you how Society : When you start any project even a kid of grew age knows it takes time to build but everyone was talking about dekho pad likh k online time pass kar rahe hai ... Kaun kharidega Online ja k khana ... I would not name them but yes even close members were of the same view Friends : Never expect anything from them they will be one of the hardest stone to overcome . If you have heard the song It will apply if you are doing anything new which people don’t understand or do not wish to accept People laughed at our project, we felt very offended and I still remember when we both were discussing about next step of getting a office of 1000 Sq Ft for smother operation. And I was a bit tensed with the behaviour of people about their Taunt ...where Sachin smiled and being is very font of old songs .. suddenly  he sang that song ... and  explained me that we should feel happy when others talk about our project this happens when they don’t understand and try to understand what others understood about the understanding ..     Episode 3 - Will Myaaddaa be back to business is yes by when ?

    As of now the answer to this would be “Never thought ”of as that would need planning again , also something which has to be unique as most of the well known players are already doing the same which was planned few years ago. Also Indian Labor law does not allow freedom to anyone who wish to do job and business for their earnings together which is the major drawback for someone who wish to move ahead . I have been working as an HR and came across n number of people who came back to job profile e as they have family responsibility and cannot invest more time in business  & they have killed their dreams of becoming an entrepreneur and accepted the working class. If I can request to the officials the one change through You , that would be such freedoms to be given to all who wanted to achieve their dreams and this would be a real a gift to the working class .Its ok if they have to discloses the same to their organisation. But its totally their wish to disclose or not .

    Episode 2 - What was the main reason for the pause in business?

    Trust ! Bharosa ! Vishwas ! When we started we believed on our self and took the first step which is the rough planning and then the blueprint of our Startup , we shared our views with each other first then met few of the business man who had been doing business in market they were from various fields . We wanted to understand the criticality of putting money in something which will be new but an innovative. “An innovation to flourish takes time.” And in this case it took 3 to 4 years in this industries. We knew what we have planned for next few years & was very new in the market but also aware of the challenges we will be facing but we forgot the major criticality or you can say the collective knowledge of Real IT infra this was our major Lacking. This threw us back to pavilion. If you see during 2014 the Technology infra was in upgrading mode and people were struggling with their upgrade needs , and was in the phase where they were trying hard to understand the change Work with people who accepts changes, changes or up gradation is nature ...Even nature changes from time to time. Building something is not a text message that you can deleted it will have regular changes and updates The agency which we hired or you can say owner who is still my good friend had  to shut his business due to family constraint and start as working class . That was the phase last quarter of the year when we were working on field and were getting good business but on the other hand we started struggling with the change in Technology ,as people don’t accept the change easily . Changes has to happen as Every customer has own views and requirements We started meeting the Techis agency , who can help us in this change Technology but Everyone we met had a different story and fantacy world ... As we had data which was very crucial and cannot be given as a lay process we have to be very Active and Alert . This was the major reason of putting down the Idea .
