Michelle Bridges: “ I looked in the mirror...WTF is going on?”

Michelle Bridges has built an empire on fitness, starting out as a trainer on The Biggest Loser and later launching her own company, 12WBT. But five years ago, everything changed. She felt like a stranger in her own body and was suddenly self-conscious about the way she looked, and her weight. 

After being prescribed antidepressants by her GP, Michelle’s search for answers led her to a new chapter she knew nothing about - perimenopause.

In this candid interview, Michelle opens up about the hardest years of her life, navigating ageing in the fitness industry, being a single mum, what intimacy looks like in her 50s, and why she’s determined to change the conversation about menopause for good.
