Pip Van Winkle has had enough of being a kid. She wants to grow up and get a mortgage, make a car payment, and hire a tree surgeon to cut down the dead old oak tree in her family's front yard. It's just irresponsible not to! That's when three talking cats come along and make her wish come true.
