    Getting Comfortable With You

    It’s time to get comfortable with yourself, as if you are sipping warm tea with a stranger. Or someone you haven’t talked to in decades. Getting comfortable with the scars on your body, the ugliness that you hide away, and the mosaic, the fragments that make up your life. I like to imagine a kindergarten making a collage, with sticky glue and googly eyes and glitter and rigid edges that make up the paper. There’s so many stories beneath the surface of you, so many delicate patterns that you live by subconsciously. Let’s get familiar with those parts that are wanting to be listened to, that are wanting to be heard, that are just simply wanting to be held.

    Just be a messy human

    The one thing I do know is that being human is messy, and that’s beautiful. The simple beauty of you is an art form. Maybe the plan for my life is not having a plan. That’s been a hard truth and a hard pill to swallow, though I’m realizing that my body has a different capacity than I anticipated it having at this stage of my life. It’s also OK to change your mind at any point you don’t always have to be wrestling with this version of you to get things done. Just be gentle with yourself and do what feels good to your body, not to your mind that’s cookie cutter and judgmental.

    How to accept being taken care of 3

    Sometimes accepting love can be hard, and acknowledging that you deserve to be taken care of gently and slowly can take time. So remain patient with yourself, your experiencing this experience for the first time. You’re learning to live, and love, and trust. But trust that the way knows the way, and not having all the answers is apart of the process. Know that healing is a beautiful journey filled with cobwebs and crystals. Trust that one day you’ll wake up and the “problem” you have today, you’ll have the solution to. Or maybe you’ll be met with the calmness of not fully knowing and that’s okay. Anyways I love you and remain gentle with yourself, because your 5 year old self would like that :)

    S2•E4 𓍊𓋼𓆏𓋼𓍊 Reconnecting to my heart with plant medicine, microdosing in nature

    Hello beautiful human reading this, welcome or welcome back :) in todays episode I talk about my morning micro dose that I did during the Pisces full moon. I talk to you about the magic I experienced while on the plant medicine, as well as the integration period that I am currently experiencing in my life. - Rest is extremely important part of living, I found that in order for me to move forward/continue growing in the direction I need to grow I must also take time to rest. Allowing myself to simply be, without "achieving" anything new has been a big lesson for me. Realizing that my existence is worthy within itself even if I'm not embodying newness constantly. During my trip, I watched the movie Encanto (which I 100% recommend) it is premised around a columbian family. It dives into generation trauma, and letting go of the narrative that you are "broken". As well as realizing and finding your purpose / gift in your family. It also touches on feeling like the black sheep.
