I am reading psalm 1. And it's for everybody young and old. Enjoy listening when you arise, go to sleep or drive. I use to read my Bible into a recorder for my children to listen to at night to fall asleep to and they loved it and slept well and had a great day. I'm sure everyone will enjoy it!
