    For episode 3, we share the voice, the energy, and the heart of Amy O’Sullivan, Founder of Growth Game Consulting, positive psychology keynote speaker, mental performance consultant, and mindset recovery specialist. A former baller for University of Maryland, where she Captained their nationally ranked team while pursuing her double major in psychology and criminology. Post college soccer Amy earned her masters degree in Applied Positive Psychology from University of Pennsylvania and is now using her personal and professional experience to empower youth and collegiate athletes understand, train, and optimize their mental performance in alignment of their goals on and off the field. In this episode, Amy takes us through her playing career from a youth player to the collegiate stage, shining a light on the less talked about sides of the mental game that are experienced by most athletes.
