    Who is Dr. Catherine Clinton?
     
    Dr. Catherine Clinton, a licensed naturopathic physician, has spent over 16 years helping people overcome their health issues. Diagnosed with two autoimmune conditions and Lyme disease while in medical school, she began the long and difficult journey of healing—a path that led to the commitment to help others heal not only physically but also return to the relationships we evolved over millennia with for a deeper sense of health and belonging.
     
    By healing herself and patients like her, she discovered that true health comes from our relationships. Dr. Catherine has learned how our quantum biological system is intimately and inseparably connected to the world around us. Our relationship with the dirt beneath our feet, the sun, the wind, the water, the plants, the seasons, and each other is the real medicine.

    Who is Don Moxley?
     
    Don Moxley is the Director of Applied Science and Brand Development at Longevity Labs Inc. in the United States. Operating with the personal mission of helping individuals understand the changes necessary to alleviate suffering and contribute to the betterment of all people, Moxley draws upon his career as an athlete, a sports scientist, and an instructor to lead and educate on the science of autophagy and longevity.
     
    Whether it’s a one-on-one podcast interview heard by thousands, a presentation of research on spermidine to a wellness conference or plain talk to people who want to live their best lives as they grow older, Don makes the science of adding more life to our years immediately understandable. 
     
    Throughout his life and career, Moxley has applied science to enhancing well-being. A former captain and Big 10 Championship winner with the Ohio State University wrestling team, Don served as the university’s first sport scientist. By giving athletes the ability to track their progress in strength, cardiovascular and resilience training, he helped the wrestling team win a national title and three Big 10 Championships. He has helped athletes achieve two Olympic metals, four World Championships, seven National Championships and 23 All-Americans.
     
    Moxley has been married to his wife Laura since 1990. They sold their home in Granville Ohio and moved full time into a 43' fifth wheel trailer and are exploring the United States giving their next home a chance to find them. When he’s not sharing knowledge about spermidine, cell renewal or longevity, he’s studying human performance.

    Who is Cynthia Thurlow?
    She has worked in clinical medicine, both in the ER and cardiology, for nearly 20 years. Although she respects the power of conventional medicine to treat disease and save lives, she began to think more about the root causes of chronic health issues. Soon, she recognized the powerful relationship between food and her patients’ health and wellness. This led her to do advanced training in nutrition and functional testing so I could help others enjoy optimal health before they needed emergency care.
