It's been far too long that I sat down and had a couple beers with my oldest cousin Jonny, AKA Folk Outdoors. A Loving Husband and Father of two amazing kids, working hard up in Wisconsin, opens up with me about his past career that adjustments he has made to improve his own happiness. Along with that he shares his perspectives of being a supporting father to his kids making the physical sacrifices to showing his support and dedication to their activities! 

Disclaimer** Mistakes happen as you will hear in this podcast as I made a simply mistake that forced me improve my knowledge with editing. You will hear a few adjustments in the audio because of this mistake but thankfully the camera's caught some audio It's truly important to me to be transparent with the views about this process as I am still a novice at best when it comes to starting this podcast! I aim to inspire the listeners and viewers to also view their mistakes as lessons when starting something new. The journey is what we remember most when accomplishing our goals..

Julia Thomas is a young Entrepreneur where she specializes in email marketing for e-commerce brands. Her and Matt (who was in episode 2/3 of the Podcast) are brother and sister. Matt invited her on the trip to Hawaii we previously spoke about and is where I met Julia for the first time. At the time of the recording of this podcast was the first time we saw each other since the trip and get to know each other a little bit more!  She shares how facing a fear in Hawaii has affected some of the challenges she was facing away in her career and personal life!  

Maybe this is something we can all relate to or know of someone that could relate to her experience!

Matt and Wisco get together once again to dive into another conversation about distractions and believing in yourself during the hard times. Matt talks about the day he got his dream car! We also touch on the benefits of being in tuned with your environments with people, technology and more! 

Matt landed in LA at midnight on January 2nd after taking a trip across the country to see his friends and family for the Holidays. I just so happened to still be up when he calls me at 2:30 AM saying he's down to shoot some content for this podcast, and that's just what we did. 

At the beginning we catch up but it wasn't long before Matt opened up about some of the struggles he faced and how he got through them, and how facing his emotions helped propel him to the next chapter of his life to become a successful entrepreneur in the game of E-commerce! 

  

When the idea of the podcast started in November, it was my goal to record an episode by January 1st, to start the year of right! I didn't care who it was with or even that it was by myself (which was the case), I just needed something to put out there to get the ball rolling. I accomplished my goal, however after looking through it immediately after recording, hungover from the New Years festivities, I knew that I have a long way to go! I found it embarrassing and yet humorous not to the quality I had hoped for but what matters most is that I'm following through. I touch on a handful of topics I'm truly passionate about and I go into how this podcast became a reality. I chose to not edit the footage or cut it to simply show the full authenticity of how my mind operates under this pressure and doing this way motivates me to become a better communicator and thinker which will provide for a more entertaining show. 

I'm beyond grateful for this to be the day I begin on this venture and look forward to the lessons learned and the memories made!
