Breaking Through Barriers - Meditation
We get so focused on the big goal that it is very easy to lose sight of all the little achievements we accomplish on the way. Really, each little decision we make, each step, each hurdle we make it over should be celebrated just as much because it is they that truly get us there. This meditation hopes to help the meditator remember that a goal is full of little goals along the way just as a day is gull of minutes, hours, seconds which is why we practice taking things one breath at a time.

Stillness - Meditation
The day is full. Times are tough. It is very easy to remember that the thing we seek, is inside of us...it's just burried beneath alll the heavier parts, drowned out by all the noiser parts of our life. But if you pause and listen to your body, it is there. That never-ending, always present stillness is no further away than right inside of us. It waits for uspatiently to return to it. One breath at a time.

Flow Thinking - Meditation
We pile so much on ourselves throughout our life and run so many filters at every moment of the day that it is very easy to lose sight of the truth, our true selves. This meditation is a variation on the Flow Writing ecersize, where you sit down to write, uninterrupted for a set time. The pen doesn't stop moving, no matter what. The variation is that we will do this as a pure though exersize. Using the prompt "what are you pretending not to know?" and just see where your mind takes you. One breath at a time.

Showing Up For Yourself - Meditation
They say the hardest part is showing up. It may not seem like it because many times what we have to show up for is hard or unpleasant or stressful but the discipline required to show up for difficult things is huge. It does require epic discipline to show up to do the things that hard hard. Once you decide to do it, the rest is worth it. But discipline takes mindfulness. It requires us to be able to take a step back and understand that this may be hard but I will feel so much better after I've accomplished it. This meditation hopes to help the meditator achieve that new level of discipline. One breath at a time.

Gratitude and Abundance - Meditation
When we lose sight of what to be thankful for, we start to lose our ability to enjoy our life. When gratitude evades us, joy escapes us and we can slip into cynicism and scarcity. There is no happiness found in scarcity. This meditation hopes to help the listener return to the present moment to find themselves grateful for this breath, this time, this moment, this life.

Pushing Past Resistance - Meditation
Any time we decide to do something that will make us healthier, happier, more authentic, so often, we are met with resistance. That resistance manifests in many different ways. Fear, anxiety, insecurity but no matter how that resistance shows up in our lives, it is blocking us from becoming our true self. This meditation, inspired by a quote by Steven Pressfield, the author of The War of Art, aims to help us be more mindful of the resistance that is getting in our way so we can push past it and transcend our former selves.
