With a Ph.D. and M.Sc. in Animal Nutrition from Penn State University, Dr. Rico's work focuses on lipid regulation and nutritional strategies to enhance dairy cow health. His experience includes a postdoctoral fellowship at Université Laval and extensive research on lipid synthesis in ruminants.
