Rick Hess joins Phoebe and Robert to discuss school choice, parental involvement, the impact of COVID, and higher education.

Rick is a senior fellow and the director of education policy studies at AEI, where he works on K–12 and higher education issues. He is also an executive editor of Education Next, and a Forbes senior contributor. He is the founder and chairman of AEI’s Conservative Education Reform Network (CERN).
