Ursula & Mallory of FEM: Creating a safe, supportive, and resourceful space for women

Crossed paths in a US Women History course where they realized how little they know about other women's stories, Ursula and Mallory felt the need to establish an organization that focuses solely on the aspect of being a woman. Just before the pandemic hit, they established the Female Empowerment Movement (aka FEM) at IIT with hopes to create a space of support and resources for female-identifying students.
