    Thank you for reading this today. I don't take your listening to my podcasts for granted. My thought today struck me hard and I shared it with my wife before I decided to share it with you here. She wholeheartedly agreed with what I'm about to share with you. Depending on what phase we’re in at the moment in regards to the pandemic, local businesses have a secret weapon that can set them apart from every single one of their competitors. My wife and I try and support as many local businesses as we can, especially now that so many are struggling. When I say “local business,” I’m not talking about the local Walmart or Target, but local home remodelers, pest control, the local HVAC guy, and the local mom and pop restaurants. Last night we went to a local (not a chain) eatery. From the moment we walked in I knew what was missing… and it became more and more obvious after we were seated at our table. We walked in the door and: There were signs telling us what we couldn’t do There was another sign admonishing past customers for what they did do Finally, there was ZERO gratitude for us actually leaving the safety of our home and venturing out into the dangerous public... ️ to enjoy a meal. What was missing? That's what this episode is all about.

I want to change the world by helping business owners discover the processes and techniques everyone can use (especially online) to get more repeat customers, more referrals from their current customers, make more sales, and net more profits. I help entrepreneurs just like you go from blank screen to compelling content and money-making sales messages are the push of a button! (No experience required!) This is super important to me because I know what it’s like to struggle. To have really great ideas and products you know will make a huge difference in people's lives and have no clue how to attract more repeat customers...to make predictable sales. You spend a ton of time, energy, and money to create your solutions and get it out there into the market, and then you watch as you have nothing but "one and done" customers. It sucks. It’s scary. It makes you feel like crap.I also know the THRILL of having repeat customers and sales. Of changing lives (your customers’ lives and the lives of your family). I know what it’s like to have a massively successful product and to wake up in the morning and see that you’ve made more money overnight than you previously made in a month.
