Hello and welcome back to David Bornancin Unscripted

I have seen a lot of stuff

I have talked to a lot of People

I have had major discussions on this Topic

And People Keep asking me Questions

My Observations:

People don’t have a plan

They are Ready to Quit

They feel unappreciated

They don’t feel challenged enough

Some may say Pay is an issue

Others want to be part of a team

And more don’t like their Boss

But: No matter what

Should you just Out right quit your job in today’s market

And you might be surprised

At my answer

2024

We have 8 Months left

Companies are in a Flux

Companies are reducing numbers of people

Companies are searching for answers

And looking for AI Technology to help

Also people are unsure of the Job market

And Job hunting

And also we have a major election coming soon

So: If you currently have a great or good job

Right now today

And you are just considering a Change

I highly recommend do not quit or change

Until 2025

Why because if you do not have a problem

With Your position or job

No money issue

Boss is OK

Position is OK or good

And you are just looking for a new Challenge

Then wait

Why again

Because of so many unknowns out there

You get a new job and the company

Let’s you go after a couple of months

Or you hate your new job

Or the Work climate Changes

And the Tech world is a moving target

I say hang tight and make things happen this year

Then 2025 comes in and you decide then

Unless you can get a 100% perfect job

That offers you a 12 to 24 month contract

And a super great position

Then consider it and make it work

I hope this helps the people That are unsure and considering to leave

Or quit their jobs

May you all have a great life and keep hustle
