Ruben Alvarez is a Brazilian jiu-jitsu black belt 2nd degree under tom deblass. Besides being a black belt in jiu-jitsu, Ruben is an active law enforcement officer assigned to an active swat team. Ruben is the owner of Paradox Training Solutions and Is one of the only instructors with the blessing under Craig Douglas to teach the Shivworks curriculum.
