In this episode we dive into where we are in Southern California,  Antelope Valley (Lancaster/Palmdale) and San Bernardino County (Victorville/AppleValley).  We also touch on why it's best to own a home.  A few quotes referenced were "Don't wait to buy real estate, buy real estate and wait" - Will Rogers (actor) and "Buy land, the aren't making it anymore" -Mark Twain.  The open house I referenced in the show is 4618 Blue Ridge Avenue in Palmdale CA for $319,800 and the other one is 5561 Hickory Street in Palmdale CA for $425,800.
