We know it can be hard to prioritize yourself, especially when you have many other responsibilities and obligations. But it's crucial to carve out time for self-care in your daily routine.

    In this episode, we discuss the societal pressures that make it difficult for women and men to prioritize self-care. We also address the gender-specific challenges that women and men face when it comes to self-care. We provide tips and resources for listeners to incorporate self-care into their daily routine, including setting boundaries, taking breaks when needed, and practicing self-compassion and self-acceptance.
