    In today's episode, I talk about practicing and doing the 5 love languages on yourself. Do not wait on someone else to do those things for you, start being intentional and actionable about how you love yourself. I never really thought about using that information to shape the way I take care of myself, but now that the idea is in my mind, it makes so much sense. The idea is that each person has a primary love language, meaning one of those five methods of conveying love and support resonates most effectively for them. Think of it as more of a self-love language.

    As an introductory episode before I get into the real topics. I just wanted to first talk about HomeBody Podcast and what made me want to start a podcast. I have been wanting to start a podcast for over a year now, but have been procrastinating for over a year and I finally decided to sit down and talk into the mic. I will definitely say that I am super nervous because this a new lane and new arena from me, with all the new equipment, the editing, the recording, the adding music and the rerecording, this is honestly nerve wracking. But all at the same time, I am excited that I finally got the guts to actually publish my introduction. I hope you all enjoy and come back for more episodes.
