    Values and Relationship Behavior Patterns

    Values and Relationship Behavior Patterns

In this session, I talk about identifying what behaviors in your relationships you want to change. The fulfillment level of a relationship that a person maintains is a direct representation of how they feel about themselves. I discuss spirituality and its relationship to our personal relationships. I discuss the basic understanding of self-esteem, why we continue with unproductive relationship patterns, and identify them. Many relationships are superficial because we have not done the work to identify our values and what fills our hearts; unconsciously, you attract more unproductive thoughts, feelings, relationships, and situations without clarity.

The first 20 minutes is priming your emotional thought and creating an energetic container for your learning and healing; then, we get into vibrational content, theory, and the process.

Exercise's for this session to build clarity.

    1. Think of one relationship and a specific unproductive feeling that you are left with after every interaction.

    2. What other situations or people create that same emotional thought pattern?

Answering these two questions above will identify one of your strongest emotional vibrational patterns manifesting in all your future, current, and past relationships. This is the starting point to gaining fulfilling relationships.

    3. What is the exact opposite emotional thought or feeling of your previously identified pattern?

    4. What situations will evoke similar emotional thoughts and feelings that you identified in question 3.

    Overview

    Overview

This is my first episode to break the ice and explain some common definitions that I will be using in the coming episodes. It is a general overview of some new concepts and an introduction to how I view my relationship with myself and others. This is an introduction.

    Exercises

Pick 3-5 relationships in your life and compare them to find a common theme for how you experience them.

How do you show up for those relationships? What roles do you play and how do they make you feel?

How are those people showing up for you? What roles and how does it make you feel?

How would you make them better? If that is difficult to answer what does your most energizing relationship look like?

Who are you? What gives you energy? What areas are you looking for others to fill?

Go to the mirror, make eye contact and listen to the first 5 thoughts that come to mind. What are they? What is the common theme in those statements? That is the pattern you start with.
