On reparations: how can we make reparations meaningful?

What are some examples of reparations? How can we make our reparations meaningful? But first we should probably explain why it took so longer for this second episode to come out... in the midst of recording we both caught COVID and the disruption meant we were no longer able to keep up with the recording schedule.
