181. Comparing Yourself to The Former You - A Refreshing Perspective
This is an episode where I wanted to share a conversation that I just had with someone who has multiple sclerosis about a week or so ago. And this conversation was just so eye opening and really stopped me in my tracks and made me think about something, this phrase that I have been telling people for about 10 years. And essentially it all boils down to the comparison game.

177. Conserving Your Energy in MS 101
Today, I want to share a conversation with you that I had about a year ago. It was with someone on social media, after I had shared something in my Instagram stories. Someone with MS commented her thoughts on what I shared and it was something that really stuck with me. Since it hit home with me I wanted to share this with you! I want everyone to hear it because I know that there are more people that feel that same way.

176. Reduce Pain in Multiple Sclerosis
Today, I want to talk about pain, and the reason I want to talk about pain is because two thirds of people with multiple sclerosis will have some level of pain at some point in their MS journey. And so I really wanted to break down what MS pain is like, what it's caused from, and how it's different from orthopedic pain. And we're also going to touch a bit on some treatment options!
