The Outside In: Abortion

In this episode, Sophie Yass (‘22) and Stephanie Lu (‘25) discuss the constitutional right to abortion and the anticipated Supreme Court decision that could reverse or scale back the Roe v. Wade landmark decision. The hosts speak to Katy Harriger, Ph.D. from the Wake Forest Department of Politics and International Affairs about major legislation, the power of the Supreme Court, and how states and civic engagement make a difference. 

This episode was recorded in late April before reports of Roe v. Wade being overturned were announced on May 2, 2022.
