Ep 3: What does healing really look like?

Ep 3: What does healing really look like?

We often hear the phrase "healing is not linear" but what does it truly mean? What does healing really look like? Does it look like flowers and rainbows? Does it look like tears and dark rooms? Or do these two images clash and somehow meet at some point?

In this episode, Ianna, with her experience with mental health issues, will give you a vivid imagery of her healing process and what she does to help herself get out of the dark tunnel that is depression.

If you need help, please don't hesitate to reach out to your friends, family, and even to professionals. If you feel like you have nowhere to go and no one to talk to, don't hesitate to message me on instagram @coffeeclinicpodcast.

Here's a reminder that things get better. Keep going!
