On Purpose with Jay Shetty
I’m Jay Shetty host of On Purpose the worlds #1 Mental Health podcast and I’m so grateful you found us. I started this podcast 5 years ago to invite you into conversations and workshops that are designed to help make you happier, healthier and more healed. I believe that when you (yes you) feel seen, heard and understood you’re able to deal with relationship struggles, work challenges and life’s ups and downs with more ease and grace. I interview experts, celebrities, thought leaders and athletes so that we can grow our mindset, build better habits and uncover a side of them we’ve never seen before. New episodes every Monday and Friday. Your support means the world to me and I don’t take it for granted — click the follow button and leave a review to help us spread the love with On Purpose. I can’t wait for you to listen to your first or 500th episode!

A blend of ancient wisdom and modern psychology!
As a spine surgeon working in Singapore, my days are often filled with complex decision-making, patient care, and the constant pressure to stay at the top of my field. To help maintain balance and clarity in my life, I regularly turn to your podcast. Your practical advice on stress management and self-improvement has been both insightful and transformative. You blend ancient wisdom with modern psychology, offering tangible strategies for managing the pressures of daily life. The approach is refreshingly down-to-earth, focusing on the idea that stress is often a result of how we perceive and react to the world around us. What I also love about your approach is your focus on becoming a "better human" — not just in terms of professional success, but in how we engage with the world, treat others, and show up in our relationships. As doctors, we often give so much of ourselves to others, but you remind us that we can only do so effectively when we first take care of ourselves. I highly recommend this podcast to anyone, especially those in high-pressure fields like healthcare. It provides valuable life lessons that can help you manage your stress and your environment better! All the best jay and thx for rooting for us!

Hey Jay, this year I faced one of the lowest lows due to (mild) depression and body image issues. While I have been going for therapy, I found out about your work and have been actively listening to your podcast and just finished reading Think Like A Monk. They have helped me so much, your voice is so centred and calming that it instantly calms me down sometimes. Thank you, please keep doing what you do! ♥️♥️
