Not only do I learn practical things to apply to my everyday life to help me cope with the stresses of living in our modern world, but I noticed just listening to this podcast, relaxes me and makes me feel good. This is my favourite health and wellness podcast. I am looking forward to reading the stress solution and four pillar plan I also hav a list of books I need to read authored by rangans guests.
