About Gina Conley:
Gina Conley is the founder of MamasteFit, a perinatal fitness training company located in Aberdeen, NC.  MamasteFit supports women throughout their pregnancy, birth, and beyond as one of the only training facilities that exclusively supports pre/postnatal fitness training clients in the United States.   

Gina has her Masters in Exercise Science, and is the author of Training for Two, a book about how to use prenatal fitness to support a strong and pain-free pregnancy and prepare for birth.  

Gina is a birth doula, having supported over 200 in-person births. She combines her experience as a fitness trainer and a birth professional to create comprehensive programs that support her clients from conception, birth, and through postpartum.

Gina is a mom of 3 with one baby on the way this fall.
