I have listened to Podcasts for a long time now but this Podcast is truly something special! Inspiring, educational and with a host who is not afraid of being vulnerable I’m learning about self development and awareness while enjoying the gentle and sweet tone of Sahara Rose. A must have!

I started listening to guided meditations on Insight Timer during lockdown as I found that it helped me overcome the turbulent emotions I experienced. That’s where I was introduced to Sahara. I was a bit skeptical about how this podcast would turn out to be, but I’m glad that I listened to this episode. It’s actually managed to put a positive spin on a year that most would consider as one of the worst. The honest takes on cancel culture, activism on social media, staying connected virtually and most importantly relationships with friends, families and ancestors really resonated with me in a way that few other videos or audio podcasts have this year. For anyone who wants to get started, I’d recommend watching that video first because it doesn’t deal with any of the abstract concepts that Sahara usually deals with when it comes to say knowing your Dharma. Instead, she has discussed things that most of us have gone through this year and I’m sure you’ll find these lessons useful too. Looking forward to other podcast episodes!

I recommend this podcast to anyone who is questioning life, their journey, their mission and embarking on their spirit’s inner path. Sahara feels like a long lost soul sister. She speaks to my highest, most authentic self. I find myself nodding along in agreement, shouting YAAAS and sometimes tearing up listening to her shared knowledge and wisdom. This is because my intuition recognises what she shares as TRUTH. Resonance. I feel seen, heard and held. I am so grateful to have found you Sahara my dear and I look forward to meeting you in person one day.

One of my favorite episode is #171 on The Law of Attraction. Extremely honest, fun (I chuckled a few times, even though this is a serious podcast) and very motivating series. The content are holistic and very comprehensive, but presented in a very relatable and easy to listen manner.
