In his past he owned an HVAC contracting business in MA and went on to sell it to a Fortune 500 company.This was followed up as a regional Sales Leader with Honeywell, East Coast Developer for Victor Distributing, Company Director Carrier/Watsco-Parts, VP Sales Tradewinds Climate/WatscoGene’s career led to joining Nest Labs in the early stage as a startup that led to various roles with Google Nest and the Nest Pro products program.

Stephanie Taylor, MD is founder, inventor and CEO of B4H. She’s a Harvard trained clinical physician, cellular biologist, author, healthcare facility designer and distinguished ASHRAE Lecturer.

In 2020 Stephanie co-founded Buildings4Health, Inc developing the first patented medically based IAQ diagnostic technology and building management solution that uniquely measures the real-time influence on occupant health.

Stephanie is an ASHRAE Presidential Award winner, member of USGBC technical advisory group on IAQ. She also has a Masters degree in Architecture and Engineering and has consulted globally to design buildings and maintain hospitals.

Grew up in the heating and cooling industry in Ann Arbor, MI. (dad owned a large Carrier dealership and I worked in every plug-in position there - filing, dispatcher, sales assistance, cleaning - whatever the need was). 


Holds a business and marketing and fine arts degree, hired in 2010 at BELFOR Franchise Group as the DUCTZ marketing coordinator. 


DUCTZ is a franchise, established in franchising in 2004 offering air duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, coil cleaning, exhaust cleaning and HVAC Restoration. Currently with 47 locations across the USA, 1 of those locations in Canada. 


DUCTZ was acquired by BELFOR Property Restoration in 2007 after a mobilization/restoration project in New Orleans, post Hurricane Katrina. After acquiring DUCTZ, BELFOR launched HOODZ, a kitchen exhaust cleaning franchise and BELFOR Franchise Group was born. It was DUCTZ and HOODZ until 2015 when BFG acquired the existing franchise, 1-800 Water Damage. Now BFG is sitting at 15 service brands and growing. 


In 2013, Jessica was promoted to Marketing Manager, and left DUCTZ for 2.5 years to work as the Marketing Coordinator for a local Chamber of Commerce and returned to BFG/DUCTZ as a Franchise Business Coach.


In summer of 2022, the current President of DUCTZ left the company and Jessica was promoted to the position.

Jim Rosenthal is Chairman and CEO of Tex-Air Filters. He’s a recognized air filtration expert in the US. 

Jim is also the co-founder of the Corsi-Rosenthal DIY filter box that received recognition worldwide during Covid-19. Jim has been in the air filtration industry since 1997 and is a Certified Air Filter Specialist (CAFS). He received his BA from Colorado College and his Masters from the University of Pittsburgh l.
