S3E30: STEPS TO BREAK THE CHAIN OF GUILT AND SHAME

First-generation, 27-yr-old Amara reports that traditional cultural norms have kept her “fixated on the needs of her family” and on making herself available to 28-yr-old Tony whenever he wants. Feeling smothered, past partners have pulled away, causing Amara to feel resentful due to all she has sacrificed. She then explodes or clings harder, and ultimately, Amara has no peace-of-mind or enjoyment of the relationship.
