Reconnecting back with the heart and root chakra, we now visualize the second chakra expanding, where our baby is right now. We visualize one thing that we've always wanted in our lives. Using a color meditation, we practice drawing that goal into our lives. Prenatal mamas are invited to visualize your baby's birth. Post natal mamas are invited to draw in health and vibrancy into our lives. We bring this desire into our hearts by using our breath.

Pain and Anxiety Lessening Meditation
