Learn to Create What You Want - Post Savasana, Pre/Post Natal LIVE recorded meditation

Reconnecting back with the heart and root chakra, we now visualize the second chakra expanding, where our baby is right now. We visualize one thing that we've always wanted in our lives. Using a color meditation, we practice drawing that goal into our lives. Prenatal mamas are invited to visualize your baby's birth. Pain and Anxiety Lessening Meditation

Hi. I'm recording this today, post arthroscopic surgery and not on any pain meds, to share my tools on how to deal with physical pain. You can also use this to lessen anxiety or emotional pain. The technique is the same. Thanks for listening and supporting. Enjoy!
