(SIBO) Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth, Anxiety Influencing Gut Health & Relations In Motility. Featuring Krista Znebel R.H.N

Unscholared Health

Today on Unscholared Health I am joined by my great friend Krista as she shares her story on addressing Sibo, anxiety and more. We take a dive into the protocols relating to treating Sibo, the connection between the mind and gut-vagus nerve, the importance of stomach acid for balancing anxiety, the importance of how you eat for proper digestion and resulting neurotransmitter production, foods to support anxiety & lastly supplements to support anxiety. As always we suggest you first discuss with a physician in regards to supplements and diet changes.

Krista Znebel is a Holistic Nutritionist and graduate of the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition in Mississauga.

Her goal is to share, educate and encourage people struggling with anxiety, stress and burnout to make the connection between what they eat, how they think and how they feel both mentally and physically. She shares real-life experiences and teaches clients about the changes she made in overcoming her own digestive issues and struggles with anxiety.  She helps her clients restore balance to their bodies by improving their digestion, teaching them what foods are important to support optimal brain function and educating them on lifestyle recommendations to support their overall health and mental well-being. Her business is based online and in-person in the western GTA.
