Our guest today, Tolulope Adeyi, who is a Product Designer at Siglar Carbon (Norway), has real world experience with changing careers. After almost 7 years in marketing communications, Tolu took an 80% paycut and switched to product design. He shares with us the strategies that worked for him and how the decision worked out for him.
