It Tore the School Apart.” Barbara Wagner (Former Head of School, Marlborough School) and James Busby (Former Head of School, Buckley School) join the discussion and offer their insights on a number of topics in schools including communication, the implications of the political environment, diversity, equity and inclusion, and “safe spaces” all within the context of a few school decisions that challenged an entire Quaker school community.
