Geek Psychology: Play Life Better Matt Sherman
-
- Education
I help geeks and gamers to play life better. As an INFP, I've spent a lot of time trying to understand myself, forcing myself outside of my comfort zone, finding my purpose in life, gaining self-confidence, and learning how to have better relationships. Personality type is one of the main models I use to help clients regain control over their lives, but I also tend to use Neuro-Linguistic Programming and hypnosis as well. Stay awhile and listen!

Success Tips Every INFP Should Know! 🌟
Can INFPs be successful? 🤔 In this video, I'll share three crucial points I wish I knew when I was younger, along with some tough love 💪. First, stop comparing yourself to other personality types like ESTJs - success is achievable for anyone with the right mindset and hard work! 🌟 Focus on developing your skills and self-growth.
Remember, success requires dedication, constant learning, and perseverance, no matter your personality type. Embrace your unique INFP strengths like creativity, empathy, and strong values to excel in your quest 💡. Finally, prioritize learning crucial skills like marketing, communication, and self-restraint. Let's follow Carl Jung's advice and play with our lives like artists 🎨, instead of letting others dictate what we can or cannot create.

Why Being Emotional as an INFP is a GOOD Thing
👋 Hey there fellow INFPs! Are you tired of feeling ashamed for being too emotional? 🙄 Don't worry, you're not alone. In this 1-minute video, I'll share some insights about why it's perfectly okay to feel deeply as an INFP.
At my wedding, a friend told me that I was too emotional and cried too much. 😢 It made me feel like there was something wrong with me. But the truth is, our emotions are not a weakness. They are a strength that can help guide us towards what really matters in our lives. 🌟 Instead of ignoring them, we should embrace them and use them as a tool for self-growth and self-awareness.
So, next time you feel like your emotions are "inappropriate" or too much to handle, remember that they are simply signs of something that needs attention. 🚨 Don't be afraid to explore them and use them to become the best version of yourself! 💪

Say Goodbye to Toxic Relationships! INFP Boundaries 👋
Hey there! If you're anything like me, as an INFP, you might struggle with setting boundaries. 😓 It can be tough to say no or to assert yourself when you want to please others or avoid conflict. But I've been working on overcoming these challenges, and I want to share what I've learned.
One thing that's been helpful is understanding the Platinum Rule, which means treating others how they want to be treated. 🌟 Instead of just focusing on my own needs and preferences, I try to consider others' perspectives and communicate clearly to create healthier relationships.
Another important aspect is self-care and self-understanding. 💪 I've learned that it's crucial to prioritize my own well-being and take the time to reflect on my values and boundaries. This helps me feel more confident in asserting myself and standing up for what I need.
If you're struggling with setting boundaries as an INFP, know that you're not alone. 🤗 And if you need more support, consider checking out http://infp.geekpsychology.com to get the INFP Masterclass or reach go to http://geekpsychology.com to explore coaching options. INFPs: Your comfort zone is a cage
Your comfort zone is a cage.
Here's how it works for INFPs:
- Introverted Sensing draws us to what we know, limiting exploration.
- This comfort is appealing yet creatively confining.
- Stepping out can feel like a leap but leads to growth.
Leave the Shire behind. For now.
