Andrew Huberman is very pleasant to listen, easy to follow and has kind of humour I appreciate :). The information he is sharing is priceless! It’s the only podcast, I ever thought important enough to take notes from. Learn A LOT about your physiology, mainly neurology and how things in your body work. Andrew offers tools for faster learning, for better sleep, better healing, conquering and even using stress to your benefit and much more. And there is still more to come with every episode! Thank you Andrew, for sharing your knowledge; for making our lives easier and for making the world a better place! By the way, Castello’s snoring is a hilarious touch!
