    Hi Love Bugs! I am coming to you with another side mission lol! This one is about celebrating becoming strangers with those who are separating from us or don't continue with us on our journey. I feel like a lot of times while we are healing we don't always remember to apply that healing to other aspects in our lives. When it comes to relationships and especially the part where it is time to release this person or be released from them, instead of looking at just this sad moment and this being is no longer around we can take the opportunity to celebrate that whatever memories or experiences you have shared you get to create new ones with new people. there is never anything wrong with creating new space for new energy and trying something new when it comes to disconnecting from people. So let's celebrate! Celebrate the fact that you did your best, and they did their best and we are now continuing on our journeys without them. I love that for us!     Hi My lovelies! I am surprisingly back? we will see where this goes. I have been doing a lot of much needed soul healing. And in that healing some new discoveries have been made when it comes to my healing journey and I wanted to share. I find this topic is not as big as I wish it was and if it is bigger please point me in the right direction so I can become apart of a group of a much needed community dealing with this topic. I am going with the flow with this one so I hope you go with me and in going with the flow find a flow of your own. This episode is quite long forgive me. I touch on some tips dealing with damage from the a mental illness called Narcissistic Personality Disorder. Some of us are dealing with or have dealt with someone suffering from this and from what I found we don't have all of the answers to basic things like healing from that damage and trauma or answers to questions we have. So I wanted to give you some of those tips. I hope they help and if you have anything to add please share. Below I wanted to pin a reminder of the tips, just incase you wanted note them down. Tips for dealing with people with NPD and their toxic brigade: 1. Boundaries/ deleting-Blocking: Remember Boundaries are our foundation. and it is okay to delete and block to preserve your mental health and peace. 2. Grey Rocking: See this as your shield. Shutting down to avoid narcissistic tactics and to just get through the day sometimes. It will save you trouble in the long run. 3. Journaling/ Affirmations: journaling and getting your thoughts down to help shift the energy back to a positive place. and affirmations to get a positive momentum going. 4. Hobbies & Happiness: Finding and our doing something that keeps that positive energy up and flowing. 5. Support/ groups and community: Having someone to talk to or a community to support you.
