Yes!!! :) so glad Jen& Dom started this.

Have been following Jen for about 1-2 years and since i saw first instapost i was hooked. The way she combuned fitness with a PT and a bit of psychology is everything. :)
Seeing that the podcast is comming and Dom joining as well, .. wow.. 2 docs which you like do this of course i’m in 😂👍
Suggestion: I’d like to learn /hear more about THE KNEE.. or more so Knees :) how to protect them and mainly what not to do ( starting with wring stretsh positions when stretching quads or wrong walk , wrong siting?...) Tx :)
