After inviting Darren to join me on a 10 week challenge where I set myself a goal to lose 10kg in 10 weeks I ask the team at Whole Supp to join me on the journey. While I still enjoy life, I did my best to eat as cleanly as possible, supplemented with WholeSupp and for me, the result was very natural and sustainable. Yes there were ups and downs but I got there. Darren agreed to join me and share the story of his business which was recently vote No.1 supplement in Mens Health and is now shipping the product 22 countries around the world. Darren's leadership is unquestionable in our chat, given he puts the success down to the product and equally the team he's built the last few years. Of course, it is his drive that has created Whole Supp and made it best in class. We speak openly about family, about success and what his take is on it, and also what the future holds. Darren speaks openly about his fears and worries moving from a professional sporing environment to the corporate world, however, he quickly realised his sporting skills and mindset were transferrable and very much helped him negotiate and soar in that new world. #50 Jason Hennessy: Turning his love for a sport into a global success

What we know about Jason Hennessy is that he has been a passionate rugby enthusiast since a young age. When he missed his preferred third-level course by just 10 points, he considered pursuing a career as a chef, influenced by some of his family members. However, Jason realized that wasn't his true calling. After experiencing some challenging moments and receiving valuable advice from his mother, he managed to transform his love for rugby into one of the most prominent rugby websites globally, known as rugbylad.ie. Jason is on the verge of embarking on a journey with the United Rugby Championship, and we're here to celebrate this news on the podcast. His path to this point hasn't been straightforward, but it has been filled with excitement and joy. He exudes warmth and kindness, and his zest for life is truly infectious. During our conversation, Jason opens up about his close relationship with his parents, who he considers his best friends, as well as the challenges he's faced and how he sought support through counseling, among many other topics. Jason's mantra is to be a good person and live by that principle every day. There's no valid reason why people shouldn't treat each other with kindness, and I wholeheartedly believe in that. This is a lighthearted conversation with plenty of insights to uncover. If you wish to connect with Jason, you can reach him at info@rugbylad.ie or find him on Instagram @rugbylad.
