A lot of these foods are considered fun, indulgent, and to be honest, they might be acting as your security blanket these days if you’re really in the pits of anxiety. I've been there, so I definitely feel for you. But food doesn't have to be toxic to be indulgent and hold good memories!
Join me today as we dive into the reasoning behind my request for you to completely avoid certain 'Bad Mood Foods', because I know FOR A FACT that when you understand WHY you should do something, beyond the simple ‘it’s good for you’, you'll have a lot more brain power to resist when you’re staring the next old fashioned donut in the face (a personal favorite).
