Courtney and Erin, sister-in-laws. Ones a logical nurse and the other is a childcare educator with no volume control. Guess which is which. We like to get together and trash talk serial killers over fancy gin . . . or anything with alcohol in it. Sometimes, we'll go off track and talk about spooky happenings, you know--ghosts, aliens, how dinosaurs never existed and time-travel (even though one of us hates the thought of anything to do with time). You can join us, we'll tell you what we're drinking and we can just hang and hopefully make you laugh.

    Episode 13: The Crescent Hotel

    Today we're sitting down to talk about The Crescent Hotel that was home to one Norman Baker, a man who thought himself a doctor.  Norman Baker was an inventor, a magician, and radio broadcaster. In the 1930's, Baker believed he found the cure for cancer and opened up his own hospital to treat those with cancer and minor illnesses.  Plus, there's ghost stories.  So, make yourself a drink and come hang out while Courtney tells the story of The Crescent Hotel.

    Courtney decided to destroy our souls by throwing Westley Allan Dodd at us in our very first episode. We broke this episode into three parts just to give us all time in-between to decompress. Because Westley is a lot and long before he took the lives of three young boys, he was a monster. In this first episode, we'll dive into Westley's childhood and how the system let a guy like this fall through the cracks. Recommended drink: fancy gin.
