    As September approaches and many students are returning to school, figuring out which course is right for you is a big decision to make. It is a decision that will shape your career and subsequently impact your life moving forward. It's a time when many are confused about making such a big decision so early on in adulthood, because it requires you to answer the question "which domain do I want to be a subject matter expert?" Although university is the traditional path many take, it is not the only option. The age of vocational course, internships, social media and new disruptive technologies the next generation are presented with new means of learning and developing a career.  Maybe you should explore your options rather than going down a traditional path, considering courses are now £9K a year for undergraduate studies. Nonetheless, further education has its benefits but it is not the be all and end all of life.  The real learning and life progressions really happen once you finish your studies.
