EP1: Maddison Ryder - How are we seeing our food?

Wasted Taste

In this episode, we have Maddison Ryder with us on the show. Maddison is an Industrial Designer who recently graduated from RMIT, and her work revolves around reducing food waste to support a sustainable future. Her most recent project ‘Lettuce Eat’ consisted of designing and crafting a series of single-use plates completely from waste lettuce, and it was recognised by the National Gallery of Victoria (NGV), winning her the Victorian Design Challenge in 2019. We will be chatting with Maddison to talk more about her projects, as well as how we can all reduce food waste in our daily lives.
