Throughout this podcast I will be exploring the relationship between the act of writing and our forever fluctuating emotional and mental state. I am a writer and a poet. I believe in the power of creativity, of writing to be used as a therapeutic tool, to combat and overcome the darkast of times. I would love to inspire others to think the same.
