Joe Canning

Hurling legend and proud Galway man Joe Canning is my guest this week. I’m so grateful to Joe for his honesty and vulnerability. Lots of light and shade in this one! He talked to me about manifesting his way to sporting greatness, dealing with the loss of his beloved Mam Josephine and the journey to welcoming his beautiful baby Josie. I really hope you enjoy it.
